The purpose of this website is to allow owners to have an online source to communicate, share and stay up-to-date on association happenings, as well as provide information to prospective owners about our community.
Current owners can use the site to review condo docs, Board of Director’s meeting minutes and updates, as well as post messages to the bulletin board for your neighbors to review. Use "Contact Carryl Company" to direct questions or maintenance request to our management company, who handles all owner matters directly and presents items that require the Board of Directors' attention on a monthly basis. The site will give prospective owners a place to contact the management company and each other.
